Hello Nurse, is a playful commentary on fine artist Richard Prince and his process of appropriation. Sections of Prince’s Nurse Paintings are cropped and juxtaposed with colorful stencil outlines of Yakko and Wakko; characters from the 90’s cartoon series Animaniacs. Their famous catchphrase “Hello Nurse”, capriciously anchors each piece with whimsical delight.
