"Interstitial" refers to the moments between - those small, daily moments that shape our conscious experience. I was overlooking Linville Gorge in North Carolina (considered the Grand Canyon of Eastern USA) from the top of Hawksbill Mountain at sunrise. The glow of the rising sun illuminated the Blue Ridge Mountains to produce this colorful gradient that lasted for only a moment. To me, it serves as a humbling reminder to savor each moment as it unfolds.
