In the heartless streets, they wander, lost and cold,
A brother and sister, innocence stripped away,
Their parents gone, no hand to tightly hold,
Invisible to the world, in the dark, they stray.
With tear-stained cheeks and hope's dim, flickering flame,
They yearn for a home, a refuge from despair,
In this cruel world, no one calls their name,
Two broken souls, aching for someone to care..
