In 2020, Joel Eel (Music Producer, Artist) was diagnosed with a heart disease called atrial fibrillation (A-fib) — leading to multiple visits to the emergency room.

Among having several medical examinations, one being: a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of his heart 
— the images were then incorporated as visual references for album artwork, illustrated by the Seoul-based visual artist, Ram Han.
