Conceptualising and building upon the works of generative art pioneers, Mark Wilson and Peter Beyls, "gridHarmonics-underShade" combines the foundational theme of my work—flowers, nature—with geometric shapes stacked and distributed randomly. The series also reflects an excerpt from Mark Twain's (1876) The adventures of Tom Sawyer ch.8, where one might simply wish to rest under the trees, feel the grass beneath and enjoy the scent of flowers carried by the breeze.
