Collaborative project between Lele Gastini and Fabiola Sangineto, who developed black and white visual art on the theme of humanity today.
The project shows the face of a robotic man whose gaze is hidden behind eyeglasses, and observes humanity through electrical wires and cables. The robotic mask reveals an eye/clock inside that defines the passage of time. The eyes are the mirror of the soul and are also revealed on the television screens controlled by the robot. The king who sits on the central throne is himself a puppet governed by the time machine, which shows the change in society and its progressive dehumanization through television screens.
The characters in the center of the stairs are blindfolded and represent the lack of communication and the constant search to each other without ever truly meeting, a metaphor of how today we have become blind and insensitive to human contact, increasingly linked to the technology of a digitalized world.
