A zero-player game, where evolution is predetermined by an initial state, requiring no further input. Progression comes from creating an initial configuration and observing evolution. A cell can be in two possible states, alive (0) or dead (*). Each tick is a function of the preceding one. These rules compare to the behavior of the automaton to life.
