During the several exhibitions, many audiences gave me different opinions about this work. Some saw darkness, some saw pleasure, and some saw sexual images in it.

My interpretation of 'The Soul' is that I wanted to sing as a vocalist at the time I drew this, but realistically, I couldn't sing in a band like I used to do before in an art-school rock band, so it naturally contained a frustrating situation.

At the top of the painting, I could see a figure of a person pouring something out of his mouth. It is very enjoyable and fresh to see how the audiences feel and interpret my paintings differently depending on their current situation and past experiences of each one has.

I don't have a fixed or intended answer. I hope you all continue to enjoy my paintings together.
