We spent years fighting for our right be treated as humans. Our demands for humanity were, instead, met with soldiers sent to patrol our streets & playgrounds. We were perceived as a threat to those who wanted to justify an endless cycle of killing people who look like me. My daughter- our children deserve to live full lives without the threat of police & white vigilante violence. I refuse to continue to ask for my humanity. I am a Black Man. This is our "Revolution.”
