A deeply personal piece which was born out of a great struggle in my life. An irrational fear of alcohol and its effects. A rare psychological state which results in an irresistible urge to escape and a constant discomfort around people who drink. A disease which slowly isolates you socially and permeates every apsect of your life. A feeling which can't be easily explained in a society in which drinking is deeply rooted and the pressure to partake is high.
