Synesthesia is a collaborative generative art series. The visual art is generated by an AI generative model, re-rendered by the artist, Devi Parikh. The AI model was trained on the artist's physical sketchbook. The music is by beatsbyholly. The contents of the sketchbook and the music were made independently -- whatever expressed the artists best at the time. This piece brings together two art forms (visual and music), two media (digital and analog), and two aesthetic sensibilities (human and AI).
