Nipple confusion is when a breastfeeding baby is having trouble latching and breastfeeding effectively after being fed with a bottle. It can occur because babies need to use different techniques when nursing versus feeding from a bottle.

I feel like I’ve carried that confusion over to my smoking habits. Whenever I try to quick smoking I just end up moving from cigarettes to vape, then from vape to icos, then over to shisha, then back to cigarettes again.

I recently jumped in a swimming pool with my vape in my pocket by accident. I decided to see it a sign to quit vaping. So I did. It’s been about a week so far.
