When you are alive, you have to be bound by many things to survive.
Sometimes it's like being in a cage. I'm still living today, bound by someone's words, someone's impressions.
If we are not in the cage, bound by someone's words and impressions, we have to live in fear of someone's hurtful words and impressions.
I want the courage to get out of the cage.

生きているといろんなものに縛られなきゃ生きていけない。
まるでかごの中でいるみたいな時がある。誰かの言葉に、誰かの印象に縛られながら、今日も生きてる。
誰かの言葉や印象に縛られて、かごの中にいないと、誰かの傷つける言葉や印象におびえながら生きていかないといけない。
かごの中から出る勇気がほしい。
