Before injury robbed him of his athleticism, Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway was an absolute marvel on the court. Often compared to Magic Johnson for his unique combination of size and playmaking ability, there was actually a time in the mid-90s when Penny was widely considered the heir apparent to Michael Jordan.

I created this rotoscope animation in 2018 to highlight my favorite Penny play; this spin move still puzzles me to this day!
