Nirinsou is a representative wildflower of Japan that heralds the arrival of spring in the mountains.
One sunny, warm day in April, I thought Nirinsou would be in full bloom soon, so I went there.
In a certain grassy area, Nirinsou leaves spread like a carpet,
Bathed in the sunlight, the blooming Nirisou sways comfortably in the gentle breeze.
Many Nirinsou flowers seem to be singing in chorus celebrating the arrival of spring. I became obsessed with photographing them swaying in the wind.
Nirisou's English name is called windflower, and the windflower name suits them very well.
