As night transitions into day, the shadows of darkness give way to the subtle hues of twilight. Moments later, a crescent moon rises above the ridge. Illuminating the path of those awaiting for the sun to reveal the lands beneath.

It's during these liminal periods between darkness and light where calmness washes over me. Releasing tension I had unconsciously been holding onto with the ease of an exhale.
