Vayo is one of the common gods of Iran and India and the god of wind. In Iranian mythology, Vayo or Vai is a symbol of neutrality and is in a vacuum between the world of light and darkness. He is the creator of death and sacrificed his life for both Ormazd and Satan. He is the god of soldiers and the dead, as well as the god of blessings, and he has two good and bad halves, which in Avesta, his good half, who is the enemy of the court, is worshiped as an important deity.
