METAGRAPH ANIMATION #23 // This audiovisual work is the 23rd and final work in the artist's Metagraph NFT series. It is based on the eponymous vector-based digital drawing composed in 2004. This drawing was selected for animation by the artist's daughter Aya, and minted on her ninth birthday. The original drawing was created in Adobe Illustrator on an Apple iBook using a Wacom tablet. The drawing has been animated and reborn on the blockchain as an audiovisual NFT 19 years later. The animation is paired with an original soundtrack composed of audio samples recorded and mixed by the artist.
