An early Victorian CDV portrait card found in the ruins of an ancient manor that had long tumbled into memory and ruin. The Rut boys, children of Lord and Lady Rut pictured here on what is assumed to be a part of their long-lost estate. It is not known what became of the boys and if they continued fowards the family line.
