Descending into the darkness can be intimidating as your lights are inadequate to pierce the veil which surrounds you. The apprehension is replaced by excitement as these giants materialize, seemingly out of nowhere, into the light. They somersault, spiral and dance around then disappear back into the dark only to re-emerge again minutes later. Their agility and grace are incredible. The spectacle is over all too quickly before you begin your accent and return to normality.
