This is the ruler of the race known to many as the Horde. He asserts a certain amount of mind control over his subjects to convince them to do his bidding. The ruling class is born with this ability. The only being with greater mind control abilities would be the Queen, who hasn’t been seen in some time.

The Horde King is bent on dominating the four worlds and eliminating the beings that occupy those worlds. The weapon he wields is a hard light weapon, it can bore a hole through an advisory or be set to disorient them, making them more susceptible to his control.
