Place des Arts station is where one would go to enter the famous but underwhelming "Underground City". It's also the destination to go if you access to the Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal and the Place des Arts. Nice spot for an entertaining day/night!

Metropolis is a play on the word "metro(subway)" and "polis" which means "city" in greek.

Each of the 6 pieces collection is associated to a subway station from the "Société des Transports de Montréal".

Why these six?

It's simply because it's the 6 station I used the most when I was working in downtown Montréal, about 15 years ago.

The top down view suggest an "Heat Map" of the city at those key locations.

Everything is made using Javascript and P5.js.
