This is all the data in the city — security cam footage, location data, and especially information sold as currency. A day’s worth of your own location data will buy a ride across most districts; some high-res video and audio could get you a swapped part, if you know who to sell to. It all filters through the tower, through the Data Brokers, and then to the corporations.
