A piece of art is really valueless until someone put their money down on it. Art is subjective and everything could be a tool of artistic expression.

At art basel miami (2019) artist Maurizio Cattelan tape a banana 🍌 using a tape to the wall and valued it at $120,000 (He titled it the COMEDIAN) It stired up a controversy throughout the art world 🌎. but this teaches us that value can be placed on anything if someone is willing to pay for it.

As an artist 🎨 I have incorporated the situation into this work in the finest form in which I can. The subject staring at the banana is a potential collector who is willing to put down to make the artist effort worth it. There is no successful artist without a collector.
