More than once I saw my grandfather catching a hen for broth, how he cried when he drove the sheep to the slaughterhouse, how he said goodbye to them. The countryside taught me what the wheel of life and death looks like. Taught me empathy, respect for animals, and showed that killing for food is a law of nature that has determined the rhythm of human life since its beginning. In the countryside, nothing was wasted, throwing away bread was a sin... We are only a part of the great circle of life. Let's respect what we receive from the world in which every being plays an important role...
