It is an object from the seller's family. Her grandfather took possession of the vase when he was a commander in the Koumintang army in Chongqing in the 1940s. He took it with him to Taiwan in 1949 and the vase was inherited by the current seller.

The piece is a unique Chinese ceramic vase that opens bidding with a reserve price of 38 ETH.
