This photo often reminds me of the time when I was a kid. My world was free from the diseases of adulthood namely, ego, class discrimination, guilt and revenge. I was carefree, had a lot of friends and they were my world. The smile in this boy’s face tells me about the bond he shares with his friend who doesn’t necessarily speak his language, who won’t express feelings with words but they still understand each other. They speak with the language of friendship, love. They probably have nothing to hide from each other, they don’t have expectations, jealousy. They are simple yet bonded tightly, they don’t share the same blood yet they are family.
