Tokyo's streets at night are slick with rain,
A sea of umbrellas bobbing in refrain,
And in the midst of all the noise and light,
A man searches for his love this stormy night.

The neon signs reflect on every street,
The sound of raindrops falling at his feet,
But he won't stop until he finds her there,
In the heart of Tokyo, a love affair.

The city was made for midnight rain,
For lovers searching in the dark again,
With every step he takes, he feels her near,
A Tokyo love story, both far and near.

The lights, the sounds, the rain all around,
He finally spots her in the crowd,
And as they meet, the rain fades away,
Tokyo's midnight magic on full display.
