In our city during heavy downpour lot of the busy streets get waterlogged making it very difficult to carry out day to day tasks. On such a day I went to take some pictures of the streets and the people.

Most of the residents of the drowning city kept at home and avoiding all the fuss. But there were few who stopped at nothing. There were potholes here and there and the roads were dodgy. The rain wouldn’t stop and neither would the water level. And yet I saw them working fighting against all odds.

So this picture represents the idea of not giving up. Sometimes that’s all we need, to keep going even when it seems impossible to take another step.

And that’s what makes all the difference.
