I created this image with a $30 plastic camera called a Holga. It shoots only medium format film and leaks light all over the place. To this day it remains one of my favorite cameras because the image created is a total mystery.

This image is of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the aesthetics of the Holga give the image a surreal energy, as though we've stepped back in time and are viewing the mosque several hundred years ago.
