The Tokyo area around Shinjuku Station (the largest in the world, through which more than 2 million people pass a day) deserves to be explored calmly, because there is a lot to do there!

In Shinjuku, you will find, on one side, the financial and administrative center of Tokyo, with modern skyscrapers, hustling businessmen, huge department stores and good restaurants, and, on the other, an adult entertainment zone, with bars, theaters, cinemas, gaming houses (pachinko) and lots of neon.

Apart from that, the striptease and escort clubs stand out, easily identified by the facades covered by huge photos of the “employees”, super Photoshopped. It might not be the most family-friendly region at night, but it's definitely quaint.
