'Peace Ghozt' is a work in rememberance of the Watts Truce 1992
April 28th marks 30 years of the cease fire and peace treaty between the infamous gangs Bloods and Crips that was negotiated in southern LA days before the Watts Riots broke out, following the death of Henry Pico, who had been shot execution-style by LAPD officers. The Watts truce is credited with contributing to the trend in declining street violence rates in Los Angeles.
This 'Ghozt' will be for sale beginning April 28th. 2021
