This surreal black and white image seems to symbolize the cycle of life. The central figure is a large clock face, but it appears cracked and disintegrating, with birds bursting out of its broken surface, representing how time inevitably destroys all material things. A long staircase leads up to the clock, at the foot of which sits a small, lonely human figure. This man seems lost, overwhelmed by the monumental clock and staircase in front of him. Their diminutive size suggests our human insignificance in the face of the vast, impersonal forces of the cosmos and the unstoppable progression of minutes, days and years. The staircases themselves look aged and decaying, echoing the decayed clock at the top, implying that even our attempts to structure and regulate time with artificial devices are ultimately temporary and futile in the face of the ravages of entropy and the infinite cosmic clock.

Surrealism is an attempt to express something deeper than superficial reality. I explore an inner world where logic and the ordinary give way to magic and metaphors. My paintings are a journey into the subconscious, where reality mixes with fantasy.
In my paintings, clocks symbolize the concept of time and its relativity. They can represent the following:
Decay and Instability: Clocks that are warped or spread out can indicate the instability of time and its ambiguity. Time can flow non-linearly, as in surreal worlds.
Dreams and the unconscious: Clocks that float or melt may reflect dreams and unconscious processes. Time in dreams can be distorted and non-linear.
Moments and Memories: Clocks can symbolize important moments in life as well as memories that flow through our memory
