Apparition features a series of photographs that blur the lines between the tangible and the intangible, evoking a sense of mystery and introspection. The use of blurred imagery and shadowy figures creates a dreamlike atmosphere, inviting viewers to contemplate the nature of existence and the ephemeral beauty of life's transient moments.
“This series is inspired by a personal experience, I almost got blinded when I was 8 and I had a surgery to fix it but I remember myself trying to fight the drug they gave me to sleep while doing the surgery. I was conscious but I couldn’t move and everything was a blur - my hands, the doctor , their tools, even the bright light and everything else.”
“This series was created using Midjourney, Procreate and Photoshop.”
