Onna-bugeisha or Onna-musha is an important title given to female martial artists in Japan.

Along with male samurai, they trained in defense and attack. They fought alongside male samurai for years. They had incredible abilities and extremely high intelligence. They were dangerous and deadly. In battle, they demonstrated superior skill in archery and horseback riding, as well as the katana, a traditional samurai sword.

This collection was created to honor female samurai known as Onna-bugeisha.
