In an effort to support reporters covering breaking news and conflict zones independently and without the support of the media outlets, Obscura facilitates this first edition with Lorenzo Meloni from Magnum Photos reporting from Ukraine.

100% of the proceeds of the Emergency Reporting Commission are distributed amongst selected active photographers on the ground to support their efforts to document during moments of conflict.
