At 9 I was diagnosed with scoliosis & had to wear a brace that prevented me from moving or breathing freely. I was a very shy child & with this I hid more into my cocoon.
When I found yoga I realized how misaligned my body&mind were. Today I have achieved poses that I would have never imagined but most importantly I started coming out of my shell & finally felt like I was able to breathe.

Anasa ("Breath" in Greek) is an ode to believing in oneself despite the obstacles. Just breathe&keep going.
