Repressing negative feelings does a lot of damage, it is best to accept that they are there and channel them into positive actions. Expectral is a collection that seeks to manifest all the negativity of our bodies and minds in order to accept it and move on. Knowing our demons, accepting that they exist and working on them every day is a path to true change.
