There are many things that can be fixed in post-processing; dust spots, exposure levels, color... But one thing that can't be fixed is bright glare on the water hiding what lies beneath! The trick to shots like this that show details below water is to use a circular polarizing filter, which cuts back on the glare (among other things), allowing more visibility into the depths!
