Eyes peacefully closed, he was sitting on a green moss. That moss covered the heads of two, hugging each other with their eyes closed.
In a reality with no sight, he opened up one hand to the skies. With the other hand, he leaned on to balance his mind.
Right there and then, the three souls united into one.
Whispered the old monkey monk:
“This place is a dream. Only a sleeper considers it real. Then death comes like dawn, and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief.”
As soon as I came to my senses and I have taken the photograph and slowly walked away from the wise monkey monk, with a question in my mind, asking “wasn't that Rumi?”
