I took this photo a month after I walked away from my 6 year career as an engineer. That night was the very first time I felt truly confident about the path I had chosen.

Let’s rewind…

The sun was being chased away by the night which brought the first glimpse of the Milky Way. There I was standing under this magnificent universe in tears.

It was the first moment where I felt like my dream was actually coming true.

When I decided to pursue photography, I knew that the journey was not going to be easy, but I also knew it would be worth it.

That night I made a commitment to myself that no matter how hard the pursuit of my passion got I wasn’t going to let fear win. It wasn’t going to be smooth sailing, there was going to be a lot of challenges and self-doubt but that makes moments like this one more special.

I promised to enjoy the good, embrace the bad and trust in The Wicked Hunt.

This captures one of the happiest moments of my life and I wouldn’t change it for anything.
