As someone with ADHD, sometimes my mind becomes overstimulated. The best way I can describe it is: There are thousands of bees flying around in my head causing noise, disruption, panic, and uncertainty.
Poor time management skills, being unorganized and unproductive, and feeling restless all the time makes it very hard to complete tasks I often feel like I need to complete.
