Spinning Pinwheel of Death is named after the iOS wait icon. A perpetual loop or a failure of hardware keeps the pinwheel of death spinning on the screen. The artwork is a meditation on a fragment of infinity.

SPoD represents a first in an animation series created with drops of water, prisms, and projectors. SPoD is the unique single channel edition of the work, which has been widely exhibited since 2016.
