Self Penetration is an exploration of what we need to feel better and how, at times, it's the same thing which makes us feel worse. How our self-care can become our self-sabotage. Leaving us stuck in a warm and familiar loop of pleasure and pain.

A pulsating black blob dances on screen. Constantly penetrating its glowing centre. Entering and exiting over and over again in search of pleasure. Trying to push through to some better place. Only to find itself right back where it started.
