Taken in 2003, this is probably one of the most widely shared photos of any of Jon Beinart's Toddlerpede sculptures. This image went viral a number of times in the early 2000s, often accompanied with the text "Kill it with fire!" or "This isn't even my final form". This image went viral again years later after the release of the film, "The Human Centipede". This sculpture was destroyed a few years after this photo was taken and the parts were reused in larger more complex Toddlerpede sculptures
