"Distorted, bent, and stained, the thoughts of a corrupted mind reflected back on a beautiful surface. Dwelling in shattered thoughts, hiding behind a veil of lies, created by the monster that exists only in your mind. Circling endlessly in the distant vortex where the desired words of others cannot reach, only echoing in the chamber you built with broken reflections. Wanting to build a home, to be held and loved, but who could cherish a soul even my heart struggles to perceive?

Creation with this started with the Ai-generated Image, for this work I used ArtBreeder as my tool. Just like most of my works, the generated images work as inspiration and as a paint. Best way to describe is to say; Ai is my muse. You could compare it to the ink spot test, where you fold paper with ink spilled on it in half from the middle, and as you open it, a shape forms on the paper. Each of the person sees what's in the paper differently; not as it is but as they are.

The abstract generated image resembled a torso that just had a head, face looking down, I saw sadness in it. From there a story started to form as I went on, the story of this piece is about self-reflection and impostor syndrome; are we enough as we are.

That as the starting point I started work with the abstract material, painting, twisting and stitching it all together with digital painting. Each piece I create is a combination of multiple mediums and steps, layering everything back and forth to create a seamless one story.
