Roberto Escobar launched a limited signed edition of 200 books in 2016 selling for $10,000 each (ISBN 978-0692706374 My Brother - Pablo Escobar) with this painting on the cover.

This painting entails Roberto Escobar's first memories of seeing his brother holding a gun, and doing so aggressively. It was not the Pablo he had used to know, it was "El Patron" - the boss. A totally different Pablo, a brutal warrior, yet still, the same brother.
