Alpha Lyra is a giant exoplanet planet orbiting Vega, a young star located 25 light-years away from Earth in the constellation of Lyra. The planet is closer to Vega than Mercury is to the Sun and the surface puff up like a balloon, melting iron into gas in its atmosphere.

This hostile surface environment caused the subsurface to form a honeycomb like tunnels environment which ventilate the heat and create an oxygen rich bubbles of jungle-like habitats.

The Proteas found its home within those microhabitats and blooms in magnificent ice blue and gold colors once per five Alpha Lyra orbits around Vega.
