This is one of the closest artworks to my heart. I drew it during the hardest time of my life when my father was unconscious on April 14th 2019.

At the time, I could only see life around me in darker colors. I used to spend most of my time near his bed wishing for him to wake up from his deep sleep and just have one last look at his eyes. Although he was suffering from Parkinson's for a long time, and although he was depending on us on his daily life matters, I never wanted him to go. I wanted to be his servant for the rest of my life, not his.

My dad passed about two weeks later.

I was too hesitant to mint this piece. I think it's time I mint this artwork as an NFT and let it live forever in the blockchain.
