We often try to be the best version of ourselves, wanna be superheroes like people we see on social media. Draw like others, engage like others, be unique like others.

My friend told me that she sees a lot progress in this art work. But for me it was strange because I used to draw like this more 20 years ago. But at that time I thought this style was not good enough. That's why I started drawing in other styles, more trending or conceptual. But I wasn’t satisfied with the result and didn’t enjoy the process.

Last year I returned to my original style and was astonished how easy and pleasurable the art process became. I finally accepted myself and started to value my identity.

Now I’m absolutely sure its much better to do what you like using your actual skills and enjoy it! Its so simple, but very hard at the same time!
